Great fast and professional service!

We are so pleased and grateful to Gabe for the work he and his team did in our bathroom. Gabe replied promptly to our call and fit us into his schedule right away. He was thoughtful and respectful with my elderly father on site, and very communicative with other family members by phone. He did a thorough job and made helpful recommendations regarding related projects. We are happy with the outcome!

Had a spraying leak from an outdoor pipe and called Plumbing Experts Sewer and Drain. Gabe answered right away, understood the situation, and was on his way. He arrived in under 30 minutes, replaced the pipes, and installed a new valve. Excellent communication, quality work, and very fast service. I’ll definitely be calling Gabe again for future plumbing needs!

The service I received from Plumbing Experts went above and beyond to fix the issues that I had with plumbing in my home. Customer service was excellent. They would tell me and show me what they were doing so I was aware. Pleased with the service.

From just being available by picking up the phone on a Saturday morning due to a drain back up to solving the problem in a timely fashion to making an accurate diagnosis and then implementing a more lasting solution, Gabe was friendly, thorough, and very responsive to us. Gabe and his team have been looking after our plumbing for ten years. I wouldn't call anyone else in the valley. He's always on time, let's you know when he's on his way, and has always done good work. No 'hidden charges' and tells you what needs to be done and what it will cost every step of the way. I called Plumbing Experts to fix a slow drain in my sink. He and his son arrived within an hour and quickly fixed the issue. While he was here, he also took the time to address a separate issue in my bathroom. The work was done in a very professional manner and a reasonable cost.

We hired Plumbing Exerts to exchange a water heater after receiving an offer from a competitor for about 1/3 higher cost. Their plumber was on time and checked out the leak issue we had. We hired another company to examine the work and sadly their diagnosis was wrong. He asked if we like to continue with the work and I agreed, as out water heater was 25 years old. The man worked hard in 114⁰ F. And he finished, cleaned everything up. Yes, I checked if there are nails or screws on the floor and found nothing. We’re really happy with the work Plumbing Experts did and will hire them again if needed. Hopefully we don’t have to…

We had a plumbing emergency this past Tuesday around noon. The water softener decided to break, water was spraying from the unit and we had 4" of water in the floor of the garage. I looked around for someone who would respond and Plumbing Experts answered the phone the first time and was out at the house in a hour or so. He came in, assessed the situation and the solution and we had our water back on, without any leaks, in an hour. The customer service was great and they were able to fit us in so we had water that evening. I ordered a new softener and plan on having them back to install it. The response time was great. The efficiency for the repair was perfect. Would definitely use them again...emergency or not.

I called Gabriel from Plumbing Experts on a Friday Night about a hot water leak coming from inside a bathroom wall in my house. He talked me through how to turn off the hot water only, so I could still have cold water until he arrived the following morning as I requested. Gabriel and his son worked on the leak for more than 5 hours on a Saturday, ultimately finding the leak, a pipe that had a floorboard nail in it. They ended up having to cut multiple pipes to give us a proper repair given the inaccessibility of the damaged pipe. They did a great job, and were very nice to my kids running around them while they worked. If I have a plumbing issue in the future, I'm calling Gabriel and his company, Plumbing Experts, to handle it.

Gabe showed up within an hour on Super Bowl weekend & worked nonstop to open wall & fix copper pipe leak. I 100% recommend his excellent service; he even cleaned up & when I asked for sheetrock referral he hooked me up with another professional contractor. Very Happy Customer!
